Celsius Beat Estimates by $47 Million. The Stock Is Still 70% Off Its High.

November 5, 2026

Alani Nu is now the largest brand in the portfolio. The original Celsius label is not, and the market has not fully priced what that transition means.

When a company’s flagship product is in decline and the stock is still up double digits before the open, the market is telling you something specific. This morning that something is Alani Nu.

Is This Elon Musk’s Next IPO?

After taking SpaceX public in the biggest IPO ever, Elon Musk is already working with a NEW startup that’s growing faster than Tesla…

Faster than SpaceX… And faster than any of Elon Musk’s previous ventures.

Bloomberg has just confirmed that this startup is moving towards “a blockbuster IPO.”

And Jeff Brown will also show you how to claim a pre-IPO stake for as little as $50.

Revenue rose 16.8% year over year to $847.23 million, beating the Street estimate of about $800.6 million. Adjusted diluted earnings came in at 41 cents, exceeding the analyst consensus of about 34 cents. Both numbers landed cleanly above expectations. Neither is the most important thing in the report.

The more important fact is structural. Alani Nu is now the largest brand by revenue at $410.1 million, and its 57.9% retail sales growth shows genuine consumer pull rather than just distribution fill. Meanwhile, the CELSIUS brand itself fell 6% to $356.8 million due to SKU optimization initiatives and shipment timing. Celsius Holdings is no longer a Celsius company in the way investors once understood it. It is a multi-brand energy platform where the acquired label is carrying the results.

That is not a criticism. It is a valuation question. CELH reached its split-adjusted all-time high close of $96.11 on March 13, 2024. The stock sat around $30 heading into today’s report, meaning the gap between peak and present is roughly 70%. A lot of that compression came from the inventory crisis of 2024 and the subsequent loss of conviction in the Celsius brand’s standalone trajectory. The question now is whether Alani Nu’s growth rate changes the terminal math.

Alani Nu delivered the strongest quarter in the brand’s history, led by Witch’s Brew, the largest limited-time offer in the portfolio’s history. Net sales reached approximately $410 million, up roughly 24% year over year and accelerating from the second quarter. Core Alani Nu growth, excluding that seasonal launch, still ran around 50% at retail. That is not a one-product quarter.

Tesla and SpaceX Merging? Think Bigger…

Rumors of a SpaceX-Tesla merger are heating up, but former VC insider Luke Lango says the mainstream media is missing the bigger picture. “If these two companies converge,” Lango says, “it could create $126 trillion in wealth.” That’s more than AI, robotics, clean energy, and driverless cars combined.

And one $15 stock is at the center of it all…

Management also moved fast on structure. The company announced three brand-led business units: Celsius, Alani Nu, and Rockstar and Emerging Growth, each led by a dedicated Brand President. International revenue for the CELSIUS brand increased 78% to approximately $41 million, driven by strong momentum in Nordic markets and expansion into Iberia, the UK, Ireland, France, Australia, New Zealand and Benelux. That is real geographic diversification beginning to register in the numbers.

Multi-brand beverage platforms live and die by whether each label pulls its own weight. Constellation Brands has been navigating the same structural test, with Modelo carrying results while the broader portfolio faces demographic headwinds.

A discounted cash flow analysis frames Celsius as roughly 62% below an estimated fair value in the low $80s per share. That is a wide range, and reasonable people disagree on the right multiple for a company still rebuilding its namesake brand. At a P/E of roughly 64x, Celsius trades far above a growth-adjusted fair ratio around 28.5x and a peer-group average around 46.6x. The valuation tension is real.

The risk worth watching is not Alani Nu. Volume gains in that brand are partly being purchased with promotional spending, as a higher mix of DSD sales resulted in higher trade investments and billbacks that reduced reported net revenue. Margin expansion, which management called a priority, has not fully arrived yet. The company is prioritizing freight optimization, raw-material sourcing alignment, and price-pack architecture to support gross margin expansion, as rising commodity costs partially offset those efforts.

Not the Same Old List of Top Stocks

Lately every top stock list has started looking the same.

And while there’s nothing wrong with Nvidia, Tesla or SpaceX…

We believe there are many other top-quality opportunities out there for investors who dig into the details.

That’s why our MarketBeat analysts took a deep dive into the numbers and came up with an all-new list of the 5 Best Stocks to Buy Now.

The core thesis here is a rerating, not a recovery. The original Celsius brand needs to stabilize, Alani Nu needs to hold its retail gains without widening its promotional outlay, and international has to keep compounding off a small base. If all three happen through 2027, the current price looks like an entry. If the flagship stays negative, the discount is deserved.

Rerating stories share a common risk: the market prices recovery before the fundamentals confirm it. LVMH’s reset after a 30% drawdown shows how long the gap between a beat and a genuine valuation repair can remain open.

Today’s beat bought time. The next two quarters will decide whether that time is enough.
