This high yielding “gold annuity” is starting to move…

A note from our friends at Golden Portfolio(ad)

I’m Garrett Goggin, a 20+ year veteran gold analyst, in the last 3 years alone I’ve spotted Montage Gold before it went up 2,567%, G2 Goldfields before it went up 1,298%, Reunion Gold before it went up 716% and Highlander Silver before it went up 741%.

And I’ve just released a new research report on a unique high-yielding gold security.

It’s backed by, what I believe, is the world’s best gold mine around today.

You get the best of both worlds: a security with a yield that pays you now – plus long term upside on a world class gold mine.

BlackRock Beat Estimates by 11% This Morning

BlackRock reported third-quarter results before the open this morning and the numbers were not close. BlackRock reported third-quarter profit of $1.659 billion, or $10.57 per share on a GAAP basis. Earnings adjusted for non-recurring costs and amortization were $15.93 per share. The results exceeded Wall Street expectations, with many widely cited forecasts clustering in the low-$14 range for adjusted EPS ahead of the release. The investment firm posted revenue of $7.752 billion in the period, also ahead of pre-report expectations near the mid-$7 billion range.

The scale warrants a pause. BlackRock managed $13.46 trillion in assets a year ago. Twelve months later that figure is $15.49 trillion, a gain of roughly $2 trillion. Most firms that call themselves major money managers do not manage $2 trillion in total. The growth is not coming from market appreciation alone. Private markets helped drive record first-half 2026 net inflows of $321 billion, and BlackRock ended the first half at a record $15.3 trillion of AUM before further gains in Q3.

The private markets build is the structural shift that separates this quarter from a simple beta story. Within private markets, BlackRock’s private markets AUM was $336.0 billion at quarter-end. Infrastructure demand is accelerating alongside AI data center construction, energy transition capital, and government outsourcing. Executives highlighted private markets momentum in the quarter, including fundraising and deployment tied to AI infrastructure.

The Aladdin technology platform adds durability most competitors cannot match. Technology services and subscription revenue was $588 million in the quarter, up $73 million from a year earlier, reflecting sustained demand for Aladdin and multi-product solutions. Clients who embed Aladdin into their investment processes generate recurring fees largely independent of market direction. BlackRock is simultaneously a leading public markets manager, a scaled private markets platform, and a global technology company, CEO Larry Fink said.

One number came in below expectations. AUM came in at $15.49 trillion, versus some pre-release forecasts closer to the mid-$15 trillion range. That gap reflects intermittent market volatility during the quarter rather than a slowdown in client flows. The revenue and earnings beats, driven by fee mix and operational leverage, are the more meaningful signals.

BlackRock’s private markets momentum stands in contrast to stress building elsewhere in the asset class. Rival private credit managers are fielding redemption pressure and rising non-accrual rates that complicate the industry’s growth story.

The risk is that the stock already reflects much of this. BlackRock’s recent trading price around $1,070 reflects the market’s confidence in the firm’s position atop the asset management industry. At that level, the stock trades at approximately 25 times forward earnings. Fee compression across the industry is structural, and any sustained equity market decline would mechanically reduce base fees. The pace of recent acquisitions has also added integration complexity that will take time to fully absorb.

Against those risks sits a firm compounding AUM, fees, and earnings simultaneously. Fink said BlackRock is entering its seasonally strongest fourth quarter with accelerating momentum, and argued that the firm’s integrated platform is translating into stronger earnings power and organic growth. Whether the valuation premium is still worth paying after this morning’s beat depends almost entirely on whether private markets fundraising can sustain the pace it has set over the past four quarters.
